The one piece base is manufactured from high tensile Meehanite cast iron, stress relieved and precision ground, The Japan improted linear motion guide on the bed ways assures smooth and accurate feeding. Bed ways are protected by one piece guard.
DIFFERENTIAL BED WAYS CONFIGURATION : Designed with advanced differential bed way (ladder structure) configuration, which combines extreme smoothness and a slant bed, uniform load distribution, and minimum wear resistance in one unit.
