BEDWAY The heavy duty bed is made of high quality cast-iron, properly stablized and stress relieved. The bed ways (including front lower bed way) are all hardened to minimum 450 brinell and precision ground. The bed is one single piece resting entirely on the floor for maximum stability. We offer a HEAVY DUTY Tri-point BEDWAY DESIGN. The  Tri-point design provides maximum ridity for facing and large O.D. truning operations. The carriage is supported on 2 bed, ways while the apron is suppored on a third bed way. With this design, the weight of the carriage, cross slide, and apron are evenly distributed on three bedways, avoiding any cantilever effect. Built-in Stop for Tailstock enable heavy duty drilling. Also included is built-in coolant tank.    All beds are with natural and removable gaps with large swing capacity in the gap. Bed provides with cable holes, Which is good for protecting all wires.
