The Series 20 CNC has been developed for manual milling machines and lathes, and several cutting is easily possible without NC programming.
In the manual machining mode, the Series 20 CNC has a machining guidance function that enables machining along an arc or a slanted line to be operated with a handle, thus giving the operator the feeling of using a general-purpose machine tool. The CNC can also store and play back handle operations. This operation greatly improves productivity in repetitive machining from a single blank.
In addition, NC grograms can be easily created using the guidance function. Operating as directed on the guidance screen, even inexperienced users can create machining programs quickly.
